To hit a jackpot seem like a once in a lifetime thing and with this pandemic going on that $24,000 would have helped our family out so much and now it feels like they spit in our face we are so heartbroken especially after he won we called our kids they were so happy then to having to tell them that San Manuel lied and wil l not honor the jackpot. Also we were told that if you do not have your ID they give you 30 days to bring it and pick up the jackpot but you can get an extension if you call before the 30 days so why is it that today you told us he had 2 hours that day to get it and if you don't call the cops on your customers why did you bring 5 cops to come and talk to us? BEWARE: IF YOU WIN THEY WILL DO AND SAY WHATEVER NOT TO PAY YOU THE NUMBER OF DIFFERENT LIES THEY TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND EACH TIME WE CALL OR WENT DOWN THERE IS SAD. Who the hell would forfeit 24,000 they are all crocks. No stars.They do not honor jackpot winnings my husband won a jackpot and they said he forfeited.
